1. What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), company and vehicle details submitted for verification, booking and messaging records, and documents you upload such as permits, insurance and waybills.

2. Why we collect it

To operate your account, verify operators, process bookings and payments, and communicate with you about your activity on the platform.

3. Document storage

Uploaded documents are stored outside the public web root and are only accessible through a permission check tied to your account. See Technology and security for detail.

4. Sharing

We share the minimum information needed to complete a booking — such as contact details — between the trader/cargo company and transporter once a booking request is made. We do not sell personal data.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account, subject to records we are required to retain for booking and payment history.
