Five steps each way

Both sides see the same booking, the same reference and the same status. When one side acts, the other is notified.

For traders and cargo companies

If you have cargo to move

  1. Post the load

    Origin, destination, cargo type, weight and the date it is ready. It takes under two minutes on a phone.

  2. Compare trucks

    See trucks that match your route and tonnage, where they are now, and whether the operator is verified.

  3. Agree a price and book

    Message the operator directly, agree a price in TZS or USD, and confirm. A booking reference is created.

  4. Follow it to delivery

    The booking moves from pickup to delivery on one timeline. Attach the waybill and any permits to it.

  5. Pay and review

    Settle payment against the booking and leave a review that the next trader will read.

For truck owners and transport companies

If you have a truck

  1. List your truck

    Registration, vehicle type, capacity, and the town where it is free to load.

  2. Get booking requests

    Traders and cargo companies searching your route see the truck and message you directly.

  3. Accept and confirm

    Agree the price and accept. The booking is logged with a reference number both sides can quote.

  4. Carry the load

    Mark the booking in transit at pickup and delivered at the destination, from your phone.

  5. Get paid

    Payment is recorded against the booking once it is marked delivered, with the history kept for your records.

The booking record

Every booking moves through the same five statuses

The status is the shared truth between the two sides. Each change is timestamped, so disputes start from a record instead of a phone call.

Requested

The trader asks for a truck on a specific load and date.

Accepted

The operator accepts at the agreed price. A reference is issued.

In transit

The truck has loaded and is on the road.

Delivered

The cargo has arrived and the waybill is signed.

Completed

Payment is settled and both sides can leave a review.

Rejected
The operator declined the request. The trader is told straight away and can book another truck.
Cancelled
Either side withdrew before pickup. The reason is kept in the booking history.

Getting verified

What you need to start

Registration takes a few minutes. Verification needs a handful of documents, uploaded as photos or PDFs, and they are stored privately.

Traders and cargo companies

  • Business registration certificate (BRELA or equivalent)
  • Tax identification number (TIN)
  • ID of the person managing the account
  • A working phone number and email address

Truck owners and transport companies

  • Vehicle registration card for each truck
  • Valid insurance certificate
  • Road licence or transit permit for cross-border routes
  • Business registration and TIN, for transport companies

Is searching the database free?

Yes. Anyone can search trucks and loads without an account. Operator contact details and booking require a registered, verified account.

How does verification work?

Upload your documents from the dashboard. Our team reviews each one, and once they check out the verified badge appears on your profile and on every listing you publish.

Who sets the price?

The two sides do. Prices are agreed directly between trader and operator, in TZS or USD, and recorded on the booking so there is no confusion later.

What happens if a booking is cancelled?

Either side can cancel before pickup. The booking is closed with a cancelled status and the reason is kept in its history. Repeated late cancellations affect an operator's standing.

Can a transport company manage several trucks and drivers?

Yes. The Standard plan adds fleet management: list every vehicle, assign drivers to bookings, and see utilisation and earnings across the fleet.

Do I need a smartphone?

Any phone with a browser works. Pages are built to load on a slow mobile connection, and booking updates are also sent by email.
