How verification works
Nothing is auto-approved
When you register a company or a vehicle, you submit registration documents, tax ID and, for trucks, vehicle permits and insurance. Until verification is complete, your listing is visible but marked unverified.

Verified badge issued
Your listing carries the badge once review is complete.
Document storage
Uploaded documents are stored outside the public web root and served only through a permission check tied to your account — a document URL alone is not enough to view it. We track expiry dates on permits and insurance and warn you before they lapse, so a booking is never held up by an expired document you forgot about.
Account security
Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. Every session is protected against common web attacks, and every action that changes your data is checked against your account permissions on our server — not just hidden from view in your browser. Login and registration are rate-limited to block automated attacks.
Payments
Mobile money payments through M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa and Airtel Money, and card payments, are processed by licensed payment providers — we never store your payment credentials on our servers.
