Terms of service

These terms govern use of the Green Moves Partners platform by traders, transport companies, truck and lorry owners, cargo companies and any other registered user ("you").

1. What we provide

Green Moves Partners operates a database and marketplace connecting parties who need to move cargo with parties who have transport capacity. We are not a party to any transport contract agreed between a trader or cargo company and a transporter, and we do not own, operate or insure any vehicle listed on the platform.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you list, including vehicle details, cargo details and pricing. Verified badges reflect documents submitted to us at the time of review and do not guarantee ongoing compliance.

3. Bookings

A booking confirmed through the platform is a binding agreement between the trader or cargo company and the transporter. Payment terms, delivery timelines and cancellation terms are as agreed between the parties and recorded against the booking.

4. Subscriptions and fees

Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select and are non-refundable for the current billing period once a payment has been processed.

5. Suspension

We may suspend or remove a listing or account that provides false verification documents, repeatedly fails to honour confirmed bookings, or otherwise misuses the platform.
